Alan Pestronk is the Director of the Neuromuscular Division and the Neuromuscular Clinical Laboratory at Washington University School of Medicine. His research interests are broad and include clinical neurology, immune myopathies, neuromuscular disease, neuroimmunology, and the effects of aging on the nervous system. His research reflects this breadth of interest and his lab researches a wide variety of autoimmune and genetic diseases of nerves and muscles.
