Mechanisms of CAA-induced cerebrovascular impairment

Cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying neurovascular degeneration and dysfunction associated with cerebrovascular disorders including cerebral amyloid angiopathy, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and ischemic stroke. Exploring the neurovascular protective effects of phosphodiesterases, anti-inflammatory flavonoids, hypoxic preconditioning, and growth factors in rodent models of cerebrovascular disease.
