Overview

VIS Digital Pathology image analysis system for quantitative analysis of images including those created by slide scanners.

Usage

  1. Training sessions can be scheduled by contacting Kris (hyrck@wustl.edu). A training session (2 hours) demonstrates the software and aims at creating an image analysis algorithm solving a particular problem, which can be later developed and modified by the user.
  2. Users can access VIS remotely from their own computers.
  3. If you want to have your images analyzed by us, please contact Kris at hyrck@wustl.edu to make arrangements. No training required.
